constatat faptul c\u0103 cele dou\u0103 autoturisme se aflau \u00een aten\u021bia autorit\u0103\u021bilor germane \u0219i bulgare, figur\u00e2nd \u00een bazele de date ca <em>bunuri c\u0103utate pentru s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irea infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<em>t\u0103inuire<\/em>\u201dla infrac\u021biunea de furt, fapt\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 de art. 270, alin 1 din Codul Penal, raportat la art. 228 din Codul Penal, iar <em>autoturismul, \u00een valoare de 250.000 lei \u0219i autorulota, \u00een valoare de 100.000 lei<\/em> au fost indisponibilizate de c\u0103tre poli\u021bi\u0219tii de
